Which BOSS+BAE BOX will I receive if I order today?

We know you want to get busy unboxing – and we can’t wait for you to get your goodies. The window for ordering the next BOSS+BAE BOX closes on the last day of the month. You will receive the following month’s box. Ex: you place your order on March 5th, you will receive the April box the first week of April.

 Do I get to choose what goes into my BOSS+BAE BOX?

That’s what we’re here for! Relax and enjoy all the feels that come with a curated, ‘surprise’ unboxing experience every month.

What is the return policy on BOSS+BAE BOXES?

BOSS+BAE BOXES are not eligible for refunds. We hope that you’ll love your box as much as we love curating it for you, but if there’s something that you’re less than crazy about, we encourage sharing the love with another boss babe in your life.

Is BOSS+BAE black-owned?

Yes ma’am!

BILLING

When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?

When you place your order for the BOSS+BAE BOX month-to-month membership, you will be billed for your first BOSS+BAE BOX immediately. After that, recurring billing is on the 15th of each month.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards.

Can I cancel my monthly membership?

Your membership can be canceled at anytime, but the first month cannot be cancelled and is not refundable. If you wish to cancel after the first month, you must do so by five days before your subscription is set to renew in order to avoid having your credit card charged. For example, if your recurring membership payment is on the 15th of the month, you must cancel by the 10th of the month. Please also send an email to support@bossandbae.com notifying us of your cancelled account. 

 How do I renew my subscription after canceling?

You can renew by logging into your account and placing a new order.

Why was my subscription deactivated?

If we are not able to charge your credit card, your subscription will be deactivated.

SHIPPING

When can I expect my first BOSS+BAE BOX?

Your BOSS+BAE BOX ships the first week of the month. It can take up to 7 business days before you receive the box. You will receive a tracking number once your BOSS+BAE BOX ships so you can track its journey.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as we ship your BOSS+BAE BOX you will receive an email with the tracking number. Check your spam filters to make sure you don’t miss your email notification. The BOSS+BAE BOX can take up to 14 business days to reach your door due to weather and other conditions.

My BOSS+BAE BOX is marked as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

BOSS+BAE is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is marked as delivered, but missing, please follow up with your local USPS and file a claim if your package can’t be found. Unfortunately, BOSS+BAE is unable to replace packages that are marked as delivered by USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are not shipping BOSS+BAE BOXES internationally. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

GIFTS

Do you have gift subscriptions?

We sure do! Enter the name and address of the gift recipient and we’ll do the rest.

ADD-ONS.

Occasionally we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to the BOSS+BAE BOX (“Add-Ons”). Add-Ons for Members are billed approximately at the same time as payments for Monthly Boxes. Add-Ons are shipped at the same time as your regular Boxes.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

How do I update my address?

Login into your account and update your shipping address.  We must receive notification five days before your subscription is set to renew. We are not responsible for boxes sent to incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.

 

SUPPORT

What if my box or products are damaged?

Please take a picture and send it to support@bossandbae.com, so we can process a replacement.

What if my box is sent to the wrong address?

Please be sure that you have provided the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you’ve provided an incorrect address and your box is delivered to the wrong address. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for a shipment to the wrong address if you have entered in an incorrect address.  

TAXES

We currently charge sales tax only on shipments within California.
